A Californian police officer’s act of kindness toward a woman in need warmed hearts and won praise across the internet. He responded to a call of a woman in rough shape sitting on a bench, but then he saw there was something he could do to help, so he did!
When the Glendora Police Department received a call asking to check on a handicapped lady, Officer Danny Antillon responded and found her sitting on a bench with her walking cane.

After she told him that her shoes had been stolen and that her feet were in pain, Officer Antillon “quickly decided to take action,” according to the Glendora Police Department’s Facebook post.
The cop went to the nearby Goodwill and bought her a pair of shoes using his own money. But that wasn’t all he did; the officer also got her a jacket, a bottle of water, and a bus pass to help her get home.
Another policeman witnessed Officer Antillon’s kind act and took some touching photos. The Police Department was later notified, and the heartwarming images were posted on their Facebook page along with a statement.
Nearly 14,000 people liked the post within less than 24 hours, and it was shared nearly 4,000 times. Many social media users praised the officer’s kind actions.
