Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is accusing non-governmental organizations (NGOs) of committing crimes through their roles in exacerbating the border crisis. He’s accusing the organizations of facilitating illegal border crossings, undermining the rule of law in Texas, and jeopardizing the safety and well-being of citizens. In addition, he’s putting all NGOs involved in the border programs “on notice” for potential legal action.
