In the Epoch Times program “Health 1+1,” Zhang Weijun, the fifth-generation successor of the esteemed Taiwanese traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) family, Huai Sheng Tang, highlighted the benefits of ginger, such as strengthening the heart, protecting the stomach, and preventing colds.
