In his proclamation, Rep. Scott Peters (D-Calif.) praises Shen Yun’s world tour and its brilliant stagecraft, “Shen Yun tour will showcase spiritual and cultural journey through ancient dynasties and legendary tales with performances in 150 cities from Tokyo to New York.”
