Have you ever gone shopping at the grocery store and looked in other people’s baskets to see what they’re buying?

Or decided whether you want to eat at a restaurant by looking at the health of the people leaving? I have. I’m concerned for the health of my friends and neighbors – I want you to feel as good as I do. As a 30-year cancer survivor, I know what an impact good nutrition has had on my health. After years of looking at what other people eat as compared to the state of their health, I’m convinced it’s a big key to real, lasting good health.
