Is Being Conservative the New Counterculture?

The 1960s brought America a sense of counterculture—the hippies, the anti-Vietnam War movement, bell bottoms, Hendrix, and Joplin. They challenged institutions and values but also had a dystopian consequence to their utopian mission. But today’s counterculture looks different. It looks more like the rebels of 1776, who wanted basic American freedom—something that has been replaced by current mainstream culture.

Hosted by the two-time Emmy-nominated actor and singer-songwriter Beau Davidson, The Beau Show addresses issues affecting everyone and invites conversation and critical thinking, normally unseen in mainstream media.
