‘I was held in a cradle of beauty and wisdom,’ Says Education Consultant

March 23, 2017

“Pure beauty. Moment, by moment, by moment. It’s magnificent. What’s important to me is that [Shen Yun is] educating the people to the beauty of the Chinese culture and the eons and eons … of the culture that existed.

“And I’m so grateful that I got to come. It was a gift from my friend. The performance itself is a gift.

“I don’t know how anyone could sit through it and not make a commitment to peace and beauty because every nuance, every move, everything — the spirit, the vibrations.”

“The spirit that this [traditional, Chinese] culture brings — and the beauty, and the commitment, and the precision, and the history — broadens all of us. It expands all of us. It opens our heart. We all know we need to open our hearts at this time.”

“My whole overall message was that we’re one with the Creator. We’re one with beauty. We’re one with peace; it’s all a gift. We’re one with life, and the beauty of life – the exquisiteness of it.”

“You just want to sit in this energy, this vibration. This consciousness. It’s healing. I don’t know if that’s the intention of the message; that’s what’s connected with me.”

“Children need to be seeing this. Teachers need to be here.”

“What I take with me – I’ve already made my commitment – to allow the beauty that’s inside of me to come forth. That’s what the message was for me. The beauty inside of everyone comes forth.

“The subtleties, and the humor, and the attention to detail, the exquisite commitment to excellence, … I didn’t want it to end.

“I sat there [after the performance] to let everything absorb in me … to soak it up, to let it digest … so that it’s a living memory.”
