After yesterday’s workout, playing basketball, and hill sprinting with my son, I am certainly feeling the effect.

So today I’ll take some rest and recovery time. Anyone who is into fitness knows the hidden value of recovery—it’s the time we get stronger. As important as the workout is, recovery is equally if not more so, because that’s when our body rebuilds itself. Without rest, we can burn out or get injured.
