I get it. You’re busy and have a lot going on, and there doesn’t seem to ever be enough time to do everything you want and need to do, especially when it comes to exercising. It’s easy to prescribe an extensive exercise set, or an exercise course that unfolds throughout the week in a one-thing-after-another format that, yes, is highly effective, but no, you don’t always have the time to do it.

Research detailing how effective routine exercise is abounds, and at the end of the day, we can accomplish a substantial benefit for our bodies if we can find just a little bit of time for exercise.
