We already know from data put out by the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that more than three-quarters of Americans aren’t getting enough exercise.  Unfortunately, this news does not capture nearly enough media attention and is a much greater problem than most people realize.
