I often receive feedback from people who say that although they don’t go to the gym or formally work out, they still desire some form of exercise throughout the week. They’re often looking for something to incorporate into their daily routines, something that can afford them a little exercise while they attend to everything else they need to do.
This is easier to do than many realize. Exercise is hidden amid many daily tasks, whether we find it by modifying tasks or slipping simple, informal exercises into our chores.
