2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2 cups leeks, chopped 1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 cups asparagus, chopped 1 cup celery, chopped 450 grams fresh baby spinach 4 cups frozen peas 2 organic zucchinis, chopped 1 cup chopped fresh dill 10 cups chicken or vegetable stock salt and pepper to taste ½ teaspoon turmeric (optional)
