You want to know what’s better than one good exercise? Several good exercises. Seriously, stacking refers to combining compatible exercises to work together as a cohesive whole. Exercise stacking is typically something we do at the clinic when patients have progressed to the point at which we can begin challenging them more.

Stacked—or combined—exercises engage more of your body simultaneously, increasing the task difficulty and requiring elevated levels of coordination throughout your body for optimum success.
