Nowadays, many people spend a lot of time on “sitting activities,” such as sitting on the couch all day watching TV. These activities don’t put a lot of pressure on the knee joints, which then would become fragile. However, on weekends, they go to the gym to do dynamic exercises, which would exert stress on the knees and cause joint problems.
