Start your day with this smooth and creamy concoction.
 

A Wake Up Smoothie

Serves: 2
 
  • 3 ounces baby spinach or kale
  • 2 ounces romaine lettuce
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice 
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.
