‘Inheritance’: Female Jason Bourne-ish Movie Shot on iPhone

The solid performances, in particular Phoebe Dynevor’s pout-y charisma, make “Inheritance” a modest yet entertaining espionage yarn.

I just reviewed spy-spoof “Back in Action” which prominently features a MacGuffin (the magical, gee-whiz gizmo that anchors the plot of numerous spy movies). Also a spy thriller, “Inheritance,” is more of a gritty, Jason Bourne-ish bit of guerilla-filmmaking, which also features a MacGuffin.
