TAICHUNG, Taiwan—Lin Tsangmin, Kuomintang legislator, was at Divine Performing Art (DPA) 2009 World Tour performance in Taichung on March 6.
He said that DPA rolled culture, belief, and education into one. Mr. Lin has been actively involved in education promotion. He has been trying to decrease the gap between the quality of education in villages and cities.
He said that he felt honored to attend DPA, as it displayed the beauty of Chinese culture. Particularly during the times of global recession, DPA should be extensively promoted to every village on Earth to embrace the traditional virtues.
He said that people start to panic as the economy goes down, because people focus too much on their material needs rather than on spiritual fulfillment.
