A Guide to a Life of Purpose

A Guide to a Life of Purpose
If you are unhappy with your work or the direction that your life is heading, it's essential that you clear the time in your calendar so that you can think about your purpose and try to figure out what would give your life meaning.

One of the things I want of people who join my Fearless Training Program is to have some kind of deeper purpose in life.
That purpose could be a lot of things. It could be to make the lives of people better through coaching, writing, or podcasting. Or to serve a small team or group of people in your community. It could be to raise kids who are self-sufficient and happy with themselves, or help others feel empowered to speak out, or pursue their dreams.
We can seek to help those in need, or simply to be a good person to everyone we meet. Some may seek enlightenment so that they are freed from suffering (the Bodhisattva path).

There are millions of possibilities. The point is to have something bigger than yourself. It’s not just about self-improvement, but growth to serve others.
