You might be familiar with the phrase “You are what you eat.” Technically, I would say that phrase is not 100 percent valid, but what I can say is that what you eat can play a major role in how your skin looks overall. The foods and nutrients we choose on a regular basis may help with anti-aging, improved skin tone and elasticity, and protect against skin damage.
