If you ever yearned to learn to make wine, an upcoming class on Oct. 9 offers a glimpse. The Brooklyn Winery and The Brooklyn Kitchen are offering a winemaking class. Following a visit to the Brooklyn Winery in Williamsburg, Noah Singerman, sommelier of The Dutch, will guide guests through major grape regions, the different varietals, and how to make wine. Tickets are $60 per person. Sessions are at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.
