With the wear and tear of today’s lifestyle, a tonic shot every day is not a bad thing to consider. These shots can deliver high end potent nutrition that can jump start your body and help fend off a wide array of pathogenic organisms. Try this total body tonic on for size, and stimulate your senses in the process.

Purpose

The purpose of this tonic is to deliver a combination of potent fruits and herbs that will act as a ’system start up' for your body first thing in the morning.

This particular tonic will stimulate liver and kidney function, digestion, and circulation while delivering potent nutrients, enzymes, and probiotics that will nourish and tone the body, as well as help facilitate your first bowel movement of the day.

Equipment Required

  • None required

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of pure cranberry juice (no sugar added)
  • 1 oz of coconut kefir (optional, but highly suggested)
  • Juice of half a lemon and lime
  • 1/4 tsp of ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp of ground turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp of ground cayenne
  • Optional: Stevia to sweeten

Directions

  • Add liquid ingredients first, then add dry ingredients. Stir until any clumps are removed.

Consumption

  • Best consumed first thing in the morning after a small glass of water. Can also be taken before bedtime.
