Aruna Lal, an associate professor, said that “even though they’re not in China, but you bring those cultural consistency and heritage to other countries and to the performance. So, it’s very enlightening, very rich.”
Brad Becker, a software engineering manager, said that he is “fascinated and exhilarated by the physicality of all of the dancers. All the powerful movements they have and then blending that with the music just makes it a really wonderful performance to see.”
“The costumes are incredible. Every single detail is so amazing, and the way that they look under lights is spectacular,” said Jennifer Becker, a designer and business owner.
“We love the show. Everything was great, from the choreographic the timing, the music, everything was just above expectations,” said John Good, a business owner.
Aruna Lal added that “they talk about divine, and they talk about heavenly things. [Things] we all have, those of us that are not atheists, that we do believe there is a higher power.”
“As a believer and a Christian myself, I appreciated the fact that they brought that spirituality into and have that part of their culture,” Mr. Good said.
Mr. Good added that “it was amazing in the way the performers timed the stage acting with the digital and animation, I think was just fantastic.”
“It was really incredible. I think that the whimsy of it and the fact that it feels so magical is really special. It’s something that you can’t get from a different kind of performance,” Ms. Becker said. “It seems like we have something inside of each of us that we can give to the world and it comes from the Divine. And that’s just a beautiful sentiment.”
