The New York City Wine and Food Festival will take place Oct. 16–19 with a wide array of events, including talks, intimate dinners, and classes.
Events include East Meets West Dinner with Andy Ricker, Ivan Orkin, and Tadashi Ono; Beef Jerky Making with Dickson’s Farmstand Meats; Frenchie: New Bistro Cooking, hosted by Gregory Marchand; and talks by Dana Cowin and Yotam Ottolenghi.
New this year is an emphasis on sweetness, for example with Ample Hills & Brooklyn’s Best Dessert Party.
