For Labor Day weekend (Aug. 30–Sept. 1) Zeppelin Hall executive chef Franco Robazetti offers diners their choice of a one-pound steak (rib eye, New York strip, skirt steak), or braised pork ribs, or pork chops for $21. The dishes come with a choice of sauce (Gorgonzola, Haus steak sauce, Béarnaise, or Argentine chimichurri) and a side.
