In a study that was the first of its kind, Australian researchers found that the simple activity of walking coupled with education benefited those suffering from low back pain.
This comes after a study that was published in the Journal of Physiotherapy found that about seven out of 10 people experience a flare-up of low back pain within 12 months after recovering from an initial episode.
