Pfizer’s COVID-19 Vaccine Linked to Blood Clotting in Over 65s; FDA Says It Doesn’t Prove Causation

Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine has been linked to blood clotting in older individuals, according to research by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The FDA researchers said that the findings do not prove that the vaccine caused the clotting, adding that the “FDA strongly believes the potential benefits of COVID-19 vaccination outweigh the potential risks of COVID-19 infection.”
