Super simple raw snacks that couldn’t be healthier for you! They use a healthy meal/weight-loss formula on a mini scale: simple sugars to kill instant hunger cravings, fiber to give the feeling of fullness, lots of protein, and healthy fats to keep your body’s metabolism busy for the next few hours, enough to get you to your next meal.

Each ball or cookie is around the 30–50 calorie mark. Eating three or four of these in between meals when you hit an energy slump will refuel your body with all the needed macronutrients that you get out of a balanced meal. The added plus comes from superfoods like cacao nibs, honey, and nut butter all which are rich in micronutrients (aka vitamins and minerals) and antioxidants.
