According to new research, morning coffee drinkers had a significantly lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease and cancer compared to those who drank coffee throughout the day.

The large-scale study, published in the European Heart Journal on Jan. 8, tracked more than 40,000 adults for nearly a decade.
