So often we meet the spring by resolving to lose weight. We all want to be thin and beautiful. But beauty shines from the inside out. The cleaner your vessel, the less you have to worry about dieting and aging. Learning how to detox your body while adopting a clean diet that’s mostly organic, plant-based, and chemical-free allows extra body weight to simply fall away. You'll be glowing throughout 2015. 

7 Tips on How to Detox Your Body 

1.  Start your day with meditation: Start your day by detoxing your mind through meditation. Consider a guided meditation at AudioDharma.com or listening to meditations by Jack Kornfield. It doesn’t have to be a huge time commitment. Start off with a few minutes a day and add time as you feel comfortable. Sit up on a pillow so the knees fall below the hips, close the eyes, elongate the spine, and begin to follow your breath. When your mind wanders (and it will) go back to following your breath.
