Dragonfruit may look odd on the outside but it’s going to help you get a beautiful glow. Dragonfruit is especially rich in vitamin C, good fatty acids, and B vitamins. For this recipe we recommend the ones with the pink inside for a vibrant colorful smoothie. You can usually find them either fresh or frozen at your health food store. 2 cups of Coconut Milk or Almond Milk, unsweetened

1 Packet of Frozen Dragonfruit or fresh if it is available

1 Tbsp of Neocell Collagen Powder

1 squeeze of lemon juice

1 tsp of Chia Seeds

3/4 Cup of Pineapple Top with shredded coconut
