Hot Chocolate for Strength

Let’s be serious…many of us need a serious kick in the pants in the morning to get our day started properly. Most of us reach for our coffee to get things moving, but others are looking for something a bit healthier that can do the same thing.  You have met your match.


It’s time to enjoy a beverage that doesn’t leave us feeling the opposite of how we should within a few hours. This hot concoction delivers a serious boost to your metabolism, circulation, and immune system while providing a nice array of trace minerals for optimal healing.  Not only that, it’s a serious blend of spice and bliss in a cup.

Equipment Required

  • A good quality blender


  • 3 tablespoons of Cacao
  • 1 teaspoon of Maca
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground medicinal mushroom
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 6 large pitted dates (or your choice of natural sweetener)
  • 4 oz of Sprouted Almond Milk
  • 12 oz of hot water
  • 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper


  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.


  • Drink first thing in the morning, or whenever you require a delicious pick me up.
