SoHo’s Chalk Point Kitchen started lunch service this week. Executive chef Joe Isidori has created salad bowls like the Organic Upstate Kale Salad with pan-fried chicken, honeycrisp apples, dried cherries, and Parmesan; Grass-fed Spicy Vietnamese Beef Salad; and Panko-crusted Eggplant “Tonkatsu” Salad.
Sandwiches include: Zucchini & Burrata; Hudson Valley Chicken “Banh Mi”; and Smoked Prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano.
Old favorites like the Bar Harbor Mussels with kimchi and house-smoked bacon are also on the menu.
