Dan Buettner, the longevity researcher and host and co-producer of Netflix’s Emmy Award-winning “Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones,” is back with another cookbook designed to encourage longer life through better eating. Following up on his best-selling 2019 offering “The Blue Zones Kitchen,” this new book, “The Blue Zones Kitchen One Pot Meals: 100 Recipes to Live to 100,” presents 100 recipes designed to be made quickly with the healthiest possible ingredients.

The eponymous blue zones are different parts of the world featuring the greatest number of verifiably longest living people. Buettner explains that most residents of  blue zones aren’t burdened by heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, or other chronic conditions that are mostly blamed on poor diet and lifestyles.
