The classic Waldorf salad is dressed up for Christmas by swapping out the raisins for festive dried cranberries. A combination of Greek yogurt and mayonnaise makes the salad creamy while keeping it light.

Christmas Waldorf Salad

Serves 6
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large sweet apple, diced
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup halved red grapes
  • 1/3 cup walnut halves, toasted and chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, and salt in a large bowl. Add apple, celery, grapes, walnuts, and cranberries; toss to coat.
