If your taste runs towards the literary, Burns Night, which is a celebration of the life of poet Robert Burns, makes for a good night out. The Scottish Italian owners at Incognito Bistro offer a special menu, including a tasting of Scottish beers by Lochness Brewery, a first stateside appearance. Chef Paolo Montana makes a delicious haggis. And of course, bagpipes and Burns’ poetry. 30 W. 18th St. ($65).
