Today on Declassified a summit starring 2020 Democrats opens with a chant from the words of a Marxist and murderer; NXIVM board member admits to enslaving woman for 2 years and threatening her with deportation; plus anti-abortion movie ‘Unplanned’ surpasses Planned Parenthood in Twitter followers.

A summit starring eight prominent 2020 Democrat presidential candidates on April 1 featured a chant repeating the words of an unrepentant Marxist. She remains a convicted fugitive for killing a state trooper.

A member of NXIVM’s executive board quietly pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges sometime last week and admitted in court to harboring her own personal slave. Lauren Salzman, a top-ranking member of the purported self-help organization and daughter of co-founder Nancy Salzman, told a judge at the Eastern District Court in Brooklyn that she threatened her slave with deportation and kept her imprisoned in a room between March 2010 and April 2012.

“Unplanned,” the movie about a former Planned Parenthood clinic director turning against abortion, has exploded on Twitter since its March 29 premiere, surpassing in followers the main account of Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion provider in the United States. The biopic stars Ashley Bratcher, from “90 Minutes in Heaven” and “Extraordinary,” as Abby Johnson, a former director of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Texas who later became an anti-abortion activist.

The Pure Flix production, with a modest $6 million budget, had a difficult time getting into the box office, as it received an “R” rating for portraying abortion and TV networks refused to sell advertising time for the movie. Then, a day after the premiere, its Twitter account was suspended—by mistake, according to Twitter.
