- 3 stalks of celery
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1/2 cucumber (unpeeled)
- 1 pear
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 peeled lemon
1. Start by putting three stalks of celery into your juicer.
2. Next, put in the fresh spinach.
3. Then, add one pear to the juicer.
4. Throw in half a cucumber.
5. Next put in one whole bunch of parsley.
6. Finally, add in one full peeled lemon, or depending on your taste, you can also add only half or a quarter.
