On May 8, Enid police officers David Sneed and Neal Storey responded to a report that a concerned citizen had heard cries for help coming from a farm. As they neared the site on foot, a distinct yell could be heard growing louder. The officers ran toward the sound and thought they could make out a word: “Help!”
