Chef Heston Blumenthal, owner of the three-Michelin-star U.K. restaurant The Fat Duck, has partnered with Australian homeware company Everdure to launch a new line of barbecue grills.
The collection, “Everdure by Heston Blumenthal,” includes three charcoal barbecues and two gas barbecues. The Hub and the Fusion are quick-starting electric ignition charcoal barbecues equipped with built-in rotisserie systems, while the portable Cube enables impromptu charcoal cooking on-the-go. Those who prefer gas cooking can choose from the two-burner Force and the three-burner Furnace, both with flexible grilling options and high hoods that simplify convection cooking.
“We have encapsulated some of the techniques developed over my 20 years in the kitchen, and together with Everdure’s knowledge of outdoor dining, have put that learning into a range of barbecue grills to make sure it is just right,” said Blumenthal. “It’s something that will completely transform outdoor cooking.”
