Restaurateur Joseph Smith of the Bobby Van’s Group and Alan Rosen are opening BV’s Grill, a modern take on the classic American grill. The roomy space also features a 60-person outdoor promenade with seating, and a separate cafe on 55th Street.
The menu overseen by chef Eddie Gozdz, also of Bobby Van’s, features steakhouse selections like skirt steak, with Korean classics; filet mignon, with béarnaise sauce; and Colorado lamb chops. More than 10 tap beer selections are available, as well as an extensive all-American wine list. The menu also includes Yellowfin Tuna Tartare with avocado, grapefruit, and orange; and Lobster and Crab Salad with Lemon Dressing; and the classic BV Burger.
