In addition to showing March Madness games, Hudson Common is providing some tournament-worthy fare alongside. A Burger Bracket highlights a burger for each of the bracket regions, from a kimchi burger, with house-cured kimchi, scallions, and preserved lemon mayo (West); a BBQ bacon burger with Georgia mustard braised pork belly and (what else?) Velveeta (South); a Reuben burger (East); and a FAB 5 burger (Midwest).
All games will be shown on the nine flat screens and three 100-inch projectors.
The Sweet 16 on March 28 will be hosted by ESPN sports analyst Jalen Rose.
