Leprechaun lemonade is a sweet mixture of lemonade flavored with blue raspberry drink mix. It’s also how this electric green drink gets its color. This super-quick treat is a fun way to celebrate St. Paddy’s day with kids (or adults who want to hold off on the alcohol). Dress up the glass with colorful straws and a few green ice cubes and you’ll be feeling lucky without a green beer hangover.

Leprechaun lemonade starts with your favorite lemonade. You can buy a quart at the grocery store, make it from a lemonade mix, or make your own with fresh lemons and simple syrup. To the lemonade, add just a tablespoon of blue raspberry drink mix. The resulting drink will be a pale green, but feel free to up the ante with a few drops of green food coloring if desired. If you’re making this for a party, freeze some of the lemonade into ice cubes to float in each glass. A splash of club soda would make this festively fizzy!
