NEW YORK—Theresa Rebeck’s delicious new comedy has the audience sniffing actual cooking odors, as temperamental genius chef Harry (Raúl Esparza) puts a slice of salmon through some culinary paces in “Seared,” on an authentic kitchen set, courtesy of designer Tim Mackabee.
