Stray Dog Hiding Under a Car in Dubai Begs Passerby to Take Him Home

For one young man sweltering under the heat of the Dubai sun, like everybody else, it was a typical day. It was a typical day for the emaciated dog sheltering under a car and picking his way through scraps, too. The man in question was Anand Raman; the dog in question was sheltering under a car outside Raman’s sister’s office.

Raman, on his way to visit his sister, saw the dog straight away.
