Reggae star Prince Fatty has gathered a plethora of artists together for this. Two songs cover the classic 90s hip hop tunes Shimmy Shimmy Ya and Insane in the Brain with the help of the indomitable Horseman MC, adding little to them in the process. These are straight-up transfers to the typical reggae blueprint. Don’t misunderstand, if standard reggae and dub are your thing then this is a great party album. There are some fantastic instrumental dub workouts perfect for a large club soundsystem or equally listenable at home. But there are no surprises here and only hardcore followers of those specific genres will enjoy this to any great extent.
