Facing the prospect of cooking turkey all by your lonesome? You don’t have to. The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) is offering a hands-on class the day before Turkey Day, where you can cook up a deep-fried turkey and take it home. Chef-instructor James Briscione, a southern native, will guide class participants in making a Creole deep-fried turkey as well as cornbread stuffing, creamy mashed potatoes, and a cranberry margarita cocktail mix.
