- 2 bananas
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or 2 percent) or dairy-free “Greek style” yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup, or monk fruit (or use stevia drops to taste)
Blend bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract in a blender. Pour batter onto the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
