Due to a rare “aging disease,” this happy girl weighed only 14 pounds (approx. 6 kg)—the same as her baby brother—when she was 6 years old. After her mother set up a Facebook page for her, this little youngster became an internet sensation. Despite being showered with a whole lot of positive comments, she has had to face a fair share of negative comments too.

Born on Dec. 10, 2006, Little Adalia Rose Williams is 12 years old, but she’s already become famous online after her mother set up a Facebook page for her to keep friends and family informed about her rare genetic condition.
