West Village eatery August has found a new home on the Upper East Side.
Chef Josh Eden’s menu features favorites from the original location as well as new creations.
Dishes include Roasted Squash Ravioli with crispy lemon, brown butter, and mascarpone; White Chocolate, and American Caviar; and Roasted Scallops with celery root and honeycrisp apple.
Jonathan Dalin mixes up cocktails such as the BMT (sochu, clarified Bloody Mary, and celery bitters) and the seasonal, hot Glogg (red wine, vermouth rosso, vodka, cinnamon, clove, and raisins).
The 72-seat restaurant features window-paneled doors that will be open during warmer months.
