Football fans can sharpen their cooking skills this fall and winter at the Official Jets Cooking School while cooking alongside current and former Jets players and watching Monday- or Thursday-night football games.

The school is a partnership between the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) and the New York Jets.

Classes include Everything Wings & Beer (Oct. 16), Thanksgiving with a Tailgate Twist, Tailgate Tennessee-Style with Southern Comfort Classics (Dec. 8), and Flavors of the AFC East (Jan. 31).

“Food and football are a perfect match, making this the ideal partnership to teach fans how to ramp up their game day experience with top notch food,” said Rick Smilow, president of the Institute of Culinary Education, in a press release.

New this year, all class attendees also have the opportunity to attend a behind-the-scenes tour of MetLife stadium.
